Hadyn's Awesome Animation

An animation assignment for college.

This is actually my second attempt at the assignment - last week flash decided to corrupt all my files for the original animation, so I had to start again. So yeah, that's pretty much all I've been doing this last week. It's been very stressful, but I think the end result was worth it.

Technical details:

Made entirley in Illustrator and Flash MX 2004
About 2:00 long
A little over 2mb (I wanted to preserve sound quality)
Took a week to make from concept to completion

Stuff you should know:

The "clam lady" used to be the illustrator "mascot" up until Adobe released the CS suite and replaced her with a flower. I chose to use her rather than the flower because, well, the flower just looked dumb.

The gift she gives me is the Illustrator pen tool. The reason is basically because it's better than the flash one.

The music is "Soul Bossa Nova", otherwise known as the theme from Austin Powers.
