My World - a self portrait

It's amazing how feelings of depression and the lack of motivation can ultimately inspire some of the greatest creations.

took: too freaking long

tools: miniture little Wacom tablet and Flash MX 2004.

layers: in the finished product - about 6 (one per tone + one for the bg) - for sketches and drafts - an extra two.

flaws: i look a lot less cool in real life - I drew the hair a tad bit too long, and my face is a little pointier in real life, less solid.

other: i know the feet are small, they are in real life too - i also know about every "small feet" joke there is, so don't bother, it's old - the tag says "out of service - don't use me"; it's attached specifically to the halo, though really it's speaking about me as a whole - my feet are resting on my guitar amp which you can see the back of, with the power cord leading out; it's just how i sit sometimes (like right now).

Comments, critiques, and favs are absolutely awesome - I put all I could into this piece, I hope that it shows.

PS. and don't worry, i go through little moments of depression all the time, it's nothing serious at all - more or less just my lonliness and shite, so it's all good
